By accessing or using the Bullseye platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bullseye is a real estate investment marketplace that connects operators (sellers/wholesalers) with buyers seeking off-market investment properties. The platform provides deal listings, AI-powered analysis (Archer), target matching, and communication tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Operators subscribe to one of three tiers: Field Access ($97/mo), Precision ($247/mo), or Command Mode ($497/mo). Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Operators are solely responsible for the accuracy of deal information they submit. Bullseye and the Archer AI provide analysis and estimates for informational purposes only. These do not constitute appraisals, financial advice, or guarantees of value.
Bullseye does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment.
You agree not to: submit fraudulent deal information; misrepresent your authority or control over a property; use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to circumvent platform fees; scrape or harvest data from the Service.
All content, branding, and technology on the Bullseye platform are the property of Bullseye and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullseye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or investment losses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
